If you join our waitlist or request beta access, we collect the information you provide directly: your name and email address, and anything you choose to add in an optional message field. We do not currently collect financial account information, portfolio data, or trading activity from waitlist or beta-interest signups.
We use your email address to contact you about Torvanta's launch, beta access, and material updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Waitlist and beta-access submissions are currently processed through a third-party form service. That service's own privacy practices apply to how your submission is transmitted and stored on their infrastructure.
You can ask to be removed from our list at any time by contacting us at the email address below. We will honor that request promptly.
Once Torvanta moves beyond the waitlist stage — particularly if the platform begins handling real portfolio or brokerage data on a user's behalf — this policy will be substantially revised and re-posted, and users will be notified before those changes take effect.
